 Hi bloggers Today is SLJ i did Te huarere We had to complete a slideshow and listen to the a video  and complete the activity when we done we had to create  our own words in moari saying whats the weather forecast we can do the screencastify but I can't because at the end it would't let me to stop it .

SLJ Week 2 Day 4 - Building a Dam

Hi bloggers In SLJ (Summer learning journey) I did Building a Dam If you don't know what a dam is well a dam animals use stuff to block rivers or stream to control the water. When I made my dam used a hill of soil and get stuff from our backyard or garden when I finish Input my image on a DLO (digital learning object) to describe my image  and put it on our Blog.

In the step it up activity add a screencastify and listen to whats to difference in NZ and the northern hemisphere

• it's winter in the northern hemisphere and it's summer in the southern hemisphere
• people in the northern hemisphere go to bed early and the  southern hemisphere go to sleep late
• people in the southern hemisphere spend a lot of time outdoors
• in the northern hemisphere roads are closed southern hemisphere roads are open

SLJ Week 2 Day 1 (Building a Xylophone)

Today in SLJ (Summer learning journey) We did a experiment with Nano girl. the experiment is called building a Xylophone for the experiment we had get some equipment which is 5 water glasses or jars, Water, Pencil, 5 sheets of A4 paper, tape and scissors to make the xylophone. We had to fill jars with water but it has to be different amounts and tap the pencil on the glass and it makes different sounds. Next we had to do it on paper we had to roll them up and cut them to different size and tap it using the same pencil I had to do it on metal and plastic because I don't have any glass cups. After we had to make a Screencastify about it. BLOG YA LATER
