  1. Nǐ hǎo Sual, I hope you’re having a fantastic day so far!

Thank you for doing week one, day one, activity two. It was cool to read where your family is from, thanks for sharing! I can imagine China having a lot of people, but I didn’t realise the population was 1.386 billion! I would like to visit China one day because I love Chinese food :)

I would love to know more about what it means to you to be Chinese? Does your family have any Chinese traditions? What is your favourite Chinese meal that is cooked in your household?

I am Pākehā but my dad’s family comes from England and my Mum’s family comes from Scotland and Canada, which is pretty cool because it means I can go and live in all of these countries if I want to! My family is quite small and live in many different places, but I have a lot of friends and family friends who are like family to me. The most important thing about my family is that we are really open and honest and have great communication, my parents are also really loving towards me :)

I only speak English but I would love to learn Te Reo Maori and Spanish.

    Thanks for posting!
    Eliza :)

  2. Ata Mārie Sual,

My name is Kueni and I am one of the blog commenters working with the Summer Learning Journey(SLJ) this summer. Can you believe it is almost time to go back to school? So weird, I feel like these holidays have just flown by so fast!

I really enjoyed reading you blog post today, thank you so much for sharing about yourself, your family and where you come from. This is such an awesome post and I am hoping you have been enjoying taking part in the programme this summer.

As you know all good things must come to an end and next week Friday the 24th of January, the SLJ programme ends for this summer. Before it ends it would be so great to see some more awesome blog posts just like this one, you have plenty of time so hopefully you will have time to jump on a do a few more.

Remember the more activities you do, the more points you get towards getting some epic prizes!

    Ka kite for now,
    Kueni :)

  3. Kia ora. My name is Romeo. I'm a year 3. Wow Sual, I really like the big sentence you have done. Why are the stars there? Is there anything else you can put in? Is there anything else you can put in there about you? Maybe you should make a video about this instead of a picture. If you want to see our blog class. The link is right here: https://teanaako.blogspot.com/
