Lockdown Diary

During the Covid-19 lockdown period, Te Waka Ako worked on Lockdown Diary. The lockdown Diary is a record during  lockdown. My favourite slide is slide six. The lockdown diary will be a good thing to look at later in life.

My name Sual and  My parents are from China and my dad speak English , my parents born in different city. there's 1.435 billion people in china, Our flag has four small star and there one big star and the background is and I got  one brother living with me. You can't go to china now because Covid-19

Setting Sail

If I was  at the Pacific Ocean the ten things that, I will take Gummies, Water, Fruit, Vegetable, Pizza, Blankets, a Game,  a Phone and Money.

Athletics Day

On Tuesday the whole school and I were doing athletics. We had to wear our house colour T-shirt and hats. We did activities like long jump, high jump, sprints and relays. It was very fun. The sprints were 100m 200m 400m, I came 3rd place in the sprints.

Pasifika Mamas

On the 13 November the midde school went to the Corban Estate Art Centre to see the Pasifika Mamas. We had to take our shoes off before we went inside. We made leis by fabric flower, straws and string. We took turns with the drums. There were skin drums and log drums, the drums were so loud. There was a boys vs girls challenge We learned a dance. The boys and girls  have different actions.

Cultural People

 On Monday  the 4th of November we had a special assembly in the afternoon. The special assembly was  about the friendship garden and culture people. We painted  the Samoan girl and Burmese boy.
