Athletics Day

On Tuesday the whole school and I were doing athletics. We had to wear our house colour T-shirt and hats. We did activities like long jump, high jump, sprints and relays. It was very fun. The sprints were 100m 200m 400m, I came 3rd place in the sprints.

Pasifika Mamas

On the 13 November the midde school went to the Corban Estate Art Centre to see the Pasifika Mamas. We had to take our shoes off before we went inside. We made leis by fabric flower, straws and string. We took turns with the drums. There were skin drums and log drums, the drums were so loud. There was a boys vs girls challenge We learned a dance. The boys and girls  have different actions.

Cultural People

 On Monday  the 4th of November we had a special assembly in the afternoon. The special assembly was  about the friendship garden and culture people. We painted  the Samoan girl and Burmese boy.

Futsal

In PE my class and I did Futsal. It is like Soccer but It different cause it's inside.
We have to dribble, juggle the ball and bounce it on our head as well as have to race against each other. Our teacher was Kingsley, he made it fun. I liked playing Futsal.
